OUR ARTISTS
ANNA
she/her
Anna is the owner, and resident Tattoo Artist at The Rebel Hearts Tattoo Club.
After leaving the fire brigade, I followed my passion for art and embarked on a new career in the tattoo industry.
I have been tattooing for 8 years and have gained experience in various studios. I love doing fine line realism; I love the precision and detail, but I also love watercolour and abstract work where I get to go outside the lines!
In 2019, I achieved my first award and had a tattoo featured in Skindeep magazine.
It's been 5 years since I moved to Brighton and I haven't looked back! I always dreamed of creating a studio that embraced inclusivity and fun for everyone, especially as a queer woman. In 2023, The Rebel Hearts Tattoo Club was born!
CAM
he/him
Cam is a resident at The Rebel Hearts Tattoo Club.
With my passion for tattoos and being a collector myself, I knew the tattoo life was perfect for me. My tattoo journey began in March 2023 and I have been loving every moment.
While I specialise in bold black work and traditional style tattoos, I am also embracing the opportunity to learn various styles and expand my skills.
I Can’t wait to see where my journey takes me!
ADAM
He/Him
Adam is a resident artist at The Rebel Hearts Tattoo Club.
I am a versatile artist from small tattoos to large scale colour pieces, I love them all. One of my favourite ways to work is to get a brief from you, it can be as simple or as complex as you like. I love to then try and build from your initial concept to make sure you get exactly what you want.
I love old cars, building car part's and 80's music. My wife and I have two dogs and argue a lot about how annoying I am
TATTOO AFTERCARE
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR TATTOO
Looking after your tattoo is just as important as the tattooing process.
If you would like yours to heal well, then please follow the below instructions:
Keep clingfilm on for 2-4 hours after your tattoo.
-
After this time remove the cling film with clean hands and wash your tattoo with warm water.
-
Always use the shower and do not soak in the bath for at least 2 weeks after your tattoo.
-
Allow your tattoo to air dry or use a clean towel to pat dry.
-
When your tattoo is fully dry apply a thin layer aftercare cream, you will also need to apply the recommended aftercare cream below 2/3 times a day for the next week and then normal moisturising routine: Cocoa butter / Coconut oil / e45 cream (Do Not Use Savlon, Baby oil or Vaseline)
-
Its fine to rewrap your tattoo for bed time or when at work but don't do this for more then 2 days and repeat the cleaning process above every 3 hours if keeping it wrapped up. It's normal for excess ink to come out of your tattoo for the first few days after your tattoo and wrapping it can project bedding and clothes.
-
Wear loose clothing to avoid rubbing on your tattoo.
-
Do not use fake tan, perfume or cosmetics on your healing tattoo.
-
Do not go swimming, sun bed or sunbathing for at least 2 weeks after getting tattooed.
-
Do not go to the gym for the first few days after your tattoo, you don't want sweaty bacteria getting into your healing tattoo.
A tattoo is an open wound and will become itchy and occasionally can flake/scab when healing. Do not itch or pick at any scabbing/flaking.
We offer one free touch up within 3 months of your original tattoo. Any time after that will be charged full price.
If you have any questions/concerns with aftercare that aren't covered in our Tattoo Aftercare section please get in touch with us.
Thank you for your business and enjoy your new tattoo.
